We store your account details (name, email), the documents you upload, signatory details you enter, and an audit trail of signing activity including IP address and timestamps for legal defensibility.
Your data is used solely to provide the signing service: preparing documents, delivering signing invitations, and generating the completion certificate and audit record.
Signature images are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. Documents are hashed (SHA-256) so tampering is detectable. Access to a document is restricted to its owner and its invited signatories.
You may request access to, or deletion of, your personal data by contacting the operator of this instance.
